Baltimore Happy Kids Child Care is owned and operated by its founder and CEO, Valerie Burton. In business since 1992. Baltimore Happy Kids Child Care is licensed by the Maryland State Department of Education.
Valerie and her staff are all CPR, First Aid, AED, and SIDS certified. Baltimore Happy Kids Child Care services Rosedale, Cedonia, White Marsh, Essex, and Dundalk communities.
